Vanilla account Banned

Hey there,

New to the forum. Been using HB for 3 weeks now. Only used Kicks profile. Used it while leveling from 85 to 89 Been playing wow for max 4 hours and during those 4 hours i botted max 2 hours. Just to fill up to spots while i was eating of doing the dishes etc. Last time i used the bot was 3 days ago.

Got banned this morning (after patch) for using a bot (atleast according the mail i got from blizzard)

Account was a vanilla account. starting in februari 2005. Payments were always automatic and never missed a month.

Geuss thats the end of it. Felt I had to post this message not to warn other ppl, but to give other players(devs) more insight into the stuff that gets us banned.

I doubt I had a player report. While I was botting I did watch the bot. Max I left it alone was 10 min. Also had a logmeout. This was to cover a GM whisper. Could have been that I got a whisper and the game logged out right away. Wich is offcourse kinda suspicious. But during the time I played myself I never had a GM whisper or test me.

some players report you just when you fly or walk by, the moving pattern is extremely easy to detect with your bare eyes.
anyhow, i'm really sorry for your loss, but i think u'll be able to appeal it pretty easy if you havent had a warning within the last 3 month

got it back right away. First they changed it to a 72 hour ban ( so probaly player report ). I appealed that 1 to. I just paid for a month of game time and basicly told them that if they can't come with solid proof that I would like to get my money back. 2 hours later it got unbanned.

Account probaly flagged now though. But i'm lvl 90 now and will only use lazyraider I think

imo for raiding PQrotation is much better than lazyraider, easier to configurate by yourself as well.

Same here, my vanilla account I had since about 1.2 around november then; a while before mauradon came out, got banned on the 2nd, funny part was that I wasn't even home to even bot if I wanted to for 3 days, came back, got banned, every time I try to appeal they just say it has been upheld even though I wasn't even there. No idea what the hell I should do or anything now.

What's it mean when your account is flagged? Does A GM get notified when you come online so they can go watch you or what?
