Valuable Beast Capturing

With poe.trade and poe.ninja now showing valuable beasts for some time now. I've made an effort to compile a list of the more valuable unique beasts and desirable rare beast mods, but it could use some heavy work. I was wondering if anyone had a decent one they didn't mind sharing.

Also, if you're not making using of the Bestiary plugins, you are potentially losing out on some major cash right now.
