Ok, 4 hours ago HB was working fine. I went to the store, came back, drank some beer, cooked some steaks, now I'm getting this:

This is the entirety of my log. This is the version of HB that "Download Honorbuddy" links to, I went into the WoW folder and made sure I was running 32 bit. I even tried running both DX 9 and DX 11. My WoW did not patch in between working and not working.
I redownloaded and tried a fresh install.
Same issue.
Any ideas?
Never mind. I'm an idiot and been running Demonbuddy too long. Forgot that you actually have to be all the way logged in with your toon for HB to work.
