Valid instance of wow

ive been using hb for a while and then i took a break from wow for like 2 months so i havent used it and now when i try to use i get the:You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.
sooo what do i do

normally this occurs (for me atleast) when your current wow windows are already connected to a hb session..
