V. 109 - Pokemons are still disappearing ! Please help :(

Hi. I am still having issue with pokemons that are disappearing from map. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot :)

Pokestops are working fine, Walking and collecting stuff as normal, just pokemons show for 1 sec and 'puff' - disappear !!

Dude, now it is you having fun right now or I do not get your message? Why would I need to find my pokefarmer if I know where it is exactly. Im asking about bot not catching pokemons as they disappear aftet 1 second. Any advices??
 
Guys please, paying money here and cannot use bot to its full potential as it does not catch pokemons !
 
It is annoying as hell...

New patch -> 111, apparently fixed wrong time spawning of pokemons. Well check my log file and you can see THAT THEY ARE STILL EXPIRING !
Please fix this as it is getting very frustrating now! its been 2 patches and still cant fix this boys!

I understand your frustration Trainer, but staff are working there best to fix your issue, so please be patient. I understand it can get annoying, especially since its a paid program, But staff said they are looking into it. They cant do anything any faster then they are. It has only been three days, and the lowest package is a month, So as long as they dont take a week or two out of your time i would just let them work. Telling them your getting frustrated isnt going to speed it up

PS: Im sorry if this came off rude, It wasnt intended that way, i understand how annoying it can get when stuff doesnt work like planned, But please be patient.

PPS: Im not a staff, Im just someone trying to help.

PPPS: Im guessing yes, But i thought i'd ask you anyways, Did you try reinstalling PokeFarmer? And did you make sure you updated it?
 
Aye mate. I did update and tried to re install. I know ppl are working hard to make it happen. But why release update that does not fix anything? That is what frustrates me. You get an update saying it fix the problem, you launch softwate and it keeps doing same s***. So I am not angry on staff for doing hell a lot of work, and i know we all have our personal life. Its just that whats a point releasing update if it does not fix an issue? I am also not trying to be rude. And sure it is paid program, but it also did not cost hell a lot of money. So nothing really is lost in this case lol :-)

P.S. -> staff, i really appreciate your hard work!

Alright, i was assuming you had done those two just thought i should mention it.

Also, Their updates probably fixed other various bugs in it.

Good luck fixing your issue! I currently have not run into this issue.
