Usual waiting times for keys?

I ordered a key 5 days ago on September 5 via amazon pay and received an answer that my order had to be "reviewed by our financial team to prevent fraudulent activities. This process may take up to a business day. You will receive another email once the approval process is done."
Does this process usually take more than a day or is there a chance my order went missing?

It's been over a month and still no update.
Tried to contact the support e-mail several times and never got a reply other than the automatic ones.

Order was probably declined, verify that the charge went thru. Try poking email again as its just one person handling it.
