Hello,

Will using VM and a VPN in the VM for my bot setup help preventing my main account getting banned?

Also, i saw a guide that recommended using Ubuntu for the VM. Will POE still run with Ubuntu?

Thank you.

Scratch the top post. I just ended up installing Windows on it.

But my question is, it seems very chopping on the VM. Is that normal? Will everything on the VM run as if all the drivers are installed? If not, what do I have to manually install in the VM to make sure the bot functions correctly?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

On most VMware versions PoE will have flickering issues.
That exact version works perfectly for me, no flickering or chopping: VMware Workstation v7.1.3-324285
Also depends on how many resources you allocate to your Vm.

DO you also use a VPN for within your VM?

I can't seem to get POE to run on the VM. Its all graphics related... it wont detect DirectX or something and wont load the game.. anyone have a solution to this?

-I dont have a link for it, but im pretty sure you can find a site to get it with a bit of googling.
-I use a VPN on each of my VM.
-If you are using the correct, above mentioned VM version, you should also dowload .net framework, updates, etc.
