using php files for trinity items list (Multiboxing)

I was wondering if i could use .php to create the xml for the items that i want the bots to pickup when i multibox. This would make it much easier for myself as i would only have to update a couple of settings and it distributed across all 4 bots.

Also, where can i find the items list db?
