Using Mogu rune of fate

Hi,
I didn't find any plugin that would use runes like "Mogu rune of fate" while doing LFR with dungeon buddy.
It's strange it doesn't already exist, maybe I just didn't find it.
If you have any clue ...

I already posted this in the Requests... A plugin was made that just hit it everytime. I would love to see something a little more developed but yeah.
