Using Item in Kupo

Can someone help me out with using an item and Item ID in a combat routine(pots)? I don't know the command or syntax. I've tried searching the forum but could not come up with anything.

Specifically the ARC/BRD rotations as they have code in to use items. (It's commented out so may be worth double checking) -
