Using grind bot and looting

Hello
it might stand somewere but havent founded it.
when im using grind bot it kills and run to next mob around halfway there it turn around to loot the mob it just killed.
is there anyway to make it kill->loot->next mob?
instead of kill->run to next->turn around run back->loot->next mob

it is annoying me since it is pretty clear it is a bot or a really dumb person playing.
