I purchased 3 sessions for life for honorbuddy. I only have a product key use to login. Is that how i would login to GB?

Ok, I logged in with my shop username and password. Both are associated with my email that I purchase hb with. I receieve a message in GB saying please purchase a product. Is GB a separate product I need to buy?
