Using default rules, fresh download/install (wont loot anything)

I feel like im missing something here. I went through the item rules and made sure they were default. I run the bot and d3 as admin, and still it wont loot anything.

Anyone have an idea?

Okay I thought this fixed the problem but it didnt. The bot itself says "enabling loot" because of icool's plugin so eventhough the profile says false it changes to true. Wont loot a single thing either way.

Anyone have a clue?
