I wonder how "safe" this would be.

As im home anyways, the bot would be supervised 100% of the time. Would be using the different questing profiles to level to 110.

I just cant do all those quests by hand again. Too much for me :o

They can track all of that, probably not as safe, I'm also pretty sure that they not only flag an account but also a caracter, which mean there is a high chance to get caught

I've done that in the past, lost the botting account but saved the characters I transferred over to a second account. May have just gotten lucky, or maybe they just don't think to look at the history of the account when they ban it, but either way it's worked for me.

I've also done that in the past many times, they never ban my second account.
i also change name when i xfert my toon

transfer from wow1 to wow2 is what they mean

I'm pretty sure they mean from one battle.net account to another battle.net account, not wow1 to wow2 under same bnet.

If you have multiple battle.net accounts with the same name, you can transfer characters between them.

As long as you don't get involved moving a lot of gold with those accounts you should be ok. Blizz bans parties involved when suspecting gold trade, but for personal botting it's a cat and mouse game.

Do you have to send a ticket to get this done? Like transfer from bnet to bnet and wow1 to wow2?

Also, what comes with the character? Do mounts come with the character? Is it possible?
