Using .38 - Wizard constantly just walking around, using teleport only, no other spel

Zones in, just runs back and forth, sometimes teleports onto the enemy minions, then constantly goes back and forth

literally just started happening to me about 30 min ago. running a wiz using S5 DMO AO build and it casts everything except AO :/
