Using 2 sessions from different IP's?

I currently have 2 sessions under one ID. Can/am I allowed, to have both logged in, in different locations? My brother is wanting to give it a try, and since my 2nd account was banned, I have no use for my 2nd session. So was going to let him use it if I am allowed and able to.

they're your sessions, you can do whatever you want with them... we don't care, as long as you don't attempt to fraud them (sell and then take back)
