Username and Password isn't working

I just bought this yesterday and made my acount and it says that i actually purchased the honorbuddy application because I had a recipt emailed to me through my paypal. The only problem is that when i went to verfiy my email address the first url didnt work for, but it said my account was verified. I never put my verfication code/id in, so how could it say that its verfied? Even if that's not a big deal, i never got another email saying what my password was to log onto the actual application of honorbuddy that is installed, my friend has this and he runs it and he talked me into getting it and helped me install all of the stuff. It's not that hard and im very computer illiterate, but shouldnt I have gotten another email saying what my password is? Even when I go onto the buddy auth site, it shows that I haven't purchased a season of it, but i dont want to go back and buy it again in case something did go wrong with my verfication thing and i'd be wasting money on another season. I've sent a couple emails through the contact us tab but i've gotten no repsonse and I understand you people are probably bussy but I sent it yesterday, and i've gotten no reply back, so im trying to post it onto the threads to see if anyone can see this. If you can, I would appreciate some help.

Today is patch day do 5.1 so expect the bot to be down until futher upgrade to yours protection
 
yea but what im saying is i cant even get into the bot cause i never got the email that had the password to lon on to it and i dont know how to get it since no one has replied to my emails
 
After you pay go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal register with the email you used in the purchase. Then go the the "Keys" tab and you should have a key in there. Download HB open wow open HB and enter the key into the login line and hit the button.

If you have no key check the payment issues forum and look for the support email address.
 
Okay, i just went to that page and registered with the email i used in the purchase and after going to the "keys" tab it still doesnt so any proof of my purchasing the key, but when i go back and look at my paypal it says confirmed with the purchase and everything.
