User issues with bot

Bought this bad bot about 2 weeks ago now and ever since unless your babysittin this thing it will not do shit. I cant go to bed for 7 hrs with out it DC or just auto standing still (for example after solving a artifact for archaeologybot it just stands there)...It seems to work DECENT with bgbuddy that is it. Been botting for archaeology for about 17 hours and my archaeology lvl is only lvl 96 rofl..dungeonbuddy is shit as well it will get halfway through and just stop, not to mention it doesnt roll on loot. Questing stops all the time too and for all the bots I always come to my computer 10 minutes later bam a DC. No point of botting if it isnt going to bot???

as u can see, im still here after 2 year +, or 3 year soon, so the problem is on ur side ...

How can I make it stop dc'ing? I just wanna actually be able to get my money worth of this. Is it WoW setting that make it dc if I dont touch my computer after awhile or what? (im not the greated computer geek out there :p )
 
Now that im actually on my computer but on fb/ school work its workin fine. But If leave to sleep or play xbox bam stops/ gets stuck / wow dcs.
 
Get better internet. I never d/c using hb.

edit: Or maybe you need a few comp upgrades. My computer is pretty beast, I can run 10 hb's and 10 wow's at a time on my setup, all on ultra settings as well. Do a stress test while running and botting on hb and see where your stress is coming from, It's either your net, cpu or graphics.

Yea, I made an edit. re-read, figured it'd be too blunt just for net issues. I'm still using 6441.507 due to the new release not being stable.
 
just wait the blue reply this, and before they came, u better post ur log here (incase if u wanna still use HB).
 
Lol pretty bold statement to make on their website, with over 2000+ supporters. Obviously it's on your side.
 
Is there something I can do to my computer settings to help, cause like I said it works fine when my computer is active cause im on it but when I afk and the screen goes dim because I havnt typed/ touched mouse in awhile thats when issues happen? Would appreciate it ;D
 
There is a problem for some users that is being caused by us and should be fixed soon.
However for me, everything is stable.

If you want a refund you can get one.

I found my experience with programming and other bots helped to set it up, it did take a little tweaking but mine runs like a charm. Make yourself a few private profiles and you'll see the difference. Aside from my Naga this is the best money I've ever spent on gaming accessories,

Couldnt agree more with Vorlof. Made over 50K Since i have got the bot and level 1 guy to 90 and one from 85-90. Best 35ish$ i spent.
