UseGroundMount dont work

I want my rogue always move in stealth and setting "Stealth mode - Always" works properly.
But, when i uncheck "Use ground mount" my rogue still cast "Stealth" and after "Mount", it looks weird.

Sorry for bothering but i got the same issue with skinning.
Rogue casts "Stealth" and start skinning.
