Used program for 20 mins - now its unable to find data.. (ban)

I think the bans are random now.
I had one botting in local and another one in EUR. Both lvl 23. My local one was banned for no warning/reason.
or you know it could be that pokemon login servers are down for the US......
Is Pokemon GO down or not?
hmm, maybe its the location. are you using home wifi connection to bot?
I honestly don't understand how you guys are being hit with bans. During the last few days I have suicide-botted three accounts to level 25 and after that I have been hit with softbans on a daily basis (suspect it's the 1000 caught pokemons softban). The accounts have yet to receive any sort of hard bans. If I were to believe the ban rants on the forums all of my accounts should have been shut down before I could hit level 10.
Either I'm extremely lucky, or I am some sort of botting genius.

What are your settings, I've done everything on two accounts to not get detected but both have been banned, trying to figure out why? My settings:
Where I bot: My city area
Never have opened it twice, always via bot or on phone but with location turned off
Always on jogging speed
Only botted for four hour per day, banned on the 6th day
Never teleported, always stuck in one area
Main account which has never been botted is fine, so no IP ban issues

These should be the settings I ran the bots to up to level 20+ something with. The accounts were created through the official PTC website, with validated email addresses that matched the account name. I used NOX to finish the tutorial and choose a starter and claimed level rewards at level 10, 15, 17, 19 etc so that I didn't have a ton of level rewards queued up (a level 30 account with unclaimed level rewards is a huge fucking red flag for anyone). I also ran a VPN with American IPs as the bots were running in Central Park, NYC and Pier 39, SF. Only botted one account at a time, and made sure to change IPs before relogging to another bot. Bot ran for about 12 hours at a time, before I relogged to the next account. I slowed down the speed to 21 km/h once I started hitting mid 20s on the accounts, since I was getting softbanned for no apparent reason, this fixed the problem.
And that's about it. All accounts are still good.
I should also mentioned that I lied about the levels. Thought all of my accounts were 25, but I've been so lost in my favorite account that I completely forgot to level the rest. they are 22, 23 and 27 now.
EDIT: Also, keep evolving the most common pokemons in your area. Got like 1000+ Rattata candies on my Central Park bot. That's 20k EXP for those who don't like math.

Your second account was lvl 20. how did you get to lvl 20? did you get there legitimately, which is something i have a high doubt. I had a friend who have been running necrobot for a few days. When there was a news saying ppl are being banned, he stopped botting all together immediately (no sniping either) and he barely played. 3 days later, he still logged in fine in the morning, then in the evening he was banned. He did not bot for the past 72 hours and he was banned. what does this tell us? It tells us that some account who have been botting BEFORE may have been already flagged to be banned. They probably briefly reviewed your account and decided to ban you. I'm guessing that you got to lvl 20 pretty quickly via other bots (which at that point you have already been flagged for ban) and you just switched over here.
