What's up with this? I only bought it about 1 month ago?

If browsing is a pain or your computer is running too many wows to handle it and it happens often I have had the same problem.

1. You can open up the task manager window(ctrl-alt-del) and go to processes.
2. Right click HB and click end process.

Bam! problem solved! sometimes windows run in the background without being visible on the desktop. Not uncommon but an easy fix when you get used to it
