use CD-Plugin

would love to get a working CD's-plugin,
what it does:
-start all cd's when fight begins (Lifeblood from herbalism..natures vigil from druid lvl 90 talent..)

This seems to be the CC's job, not something a plugin should handle.
For me CLU does this pretty well (for all the CDs my toons have, inlcuding Lifeblood).
