I am looking to switch from US servers to EU, if I do, Will I have to redownload the game client as EU?!? Thanks =)

Yes you will have to purchase a new client as they do not work in other regions.

So you can play on US servers with a EU account?
A client and an account is something completely diffirent
OT: I think you have to switch some files but it changed since patch 5.0 so i'm not sure how to do it.. Try to google it. THO! You need a EU account since it's not the same as a US one.
