US Ban Got the account back.

So i was banned completely a few weeks ago for botting. Was just questing on anther server ( I think it being another server is what triggered it) That or it was the GB2 usage i did days prior. Anyway i have my account back wrote a full page essay to Blizz and they rewarded me my account back within a few hours. My question is now how safe is it to continue to bot on my main account to level characters? Just want more 90s without doing the work >.<

I got banned after a couple of hours questing in Northrend, though I believe Northrend is being watched pretty closely at the moment.
