US - 6 month ban

3)If so, when was the last time?: This afternoon, when the patch came out I loaded simcraft for the first time

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 2-4, skipped some days, completely random and for less than two weeks total

9)How many auctions per day did you have?: None/1 sold three universal language modules in two weeks

Questbot to farm ULM, today was my first time with simcraft CR for raidbot, I logged in and ran in it on a dummy, then did a boss in a raid...halfway to the second boss I was kicked off my act/suspended, I kept getting connected/disconnected from chat server.

I used the simcraft raidbot CR for less than 20 minutes, was kicked off and had an email. It's definitely automated. It's definitely focused at combat rotations. I don't care all that much, I don't really like WoW I'm just waiting for the new EQ server but, ya. Sucks to lose the money put into it. Idk what they haven't said anything as to how/why people that use CR's are getting targetted, but it's clear they are. I'm willing to bet a much larger margin have been suspended than has been reported on this site. They can say pretty much whatever, and it might be true...there may be no raw detection from warden. But something about the combat routines is definitely flagging and auto-suspending the users. My brother has 3 WoW accounts, lives about 45 minutes from me. I ran over there and asked if I could give him 20$ to test something, I loaded up the simcraft raidbot not 40 minutes ago - joined LFR (took about 10 minutes) not even 5 minutes after hanz and franz were down on an account that has NEVER had HB loaded before he got this email/I was kicked off AGAIN!

Keep in mind his account has never even had HB loaded before, so while saying they can't detect HB/There isn't a banwave might be true, they definitely have something going on for combat routines. His shaman used it for less than 20 minutes total and I was kicked offline. No I don't use the pirated version, mine is payed.

I followed up again today in an office call. Essentially they refused to tell me anything more than I was suspended for 6 months and they would do a followup. When I called back and demanded legal action etc (totally BSing obviously) they sent me to what they called a staff manager, which is what I can only assume is an officer manager for CSR's over at blizzard. I only asked him about my brothers account, the one I was 100% sure nothing but simcraft raidbot was loaded on using the 'perfected' combat routine. He said they had unquestionable evidence I was using third party software to gain an advantage over other players and I was lucky the account was even given a second shot to play in six months. Too bad in six months I'll be on the new classic EQ server!

Thank you for your follow-up contact regarding the license WOW3. This license was closed after one or more characters on the license were found to be using an unauthorized cheat program. These programs provide character benefits that are not achievable in the World of Warcraft through normal means. Such benefits include character automation (also known as "botting"), increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls or boundaries. These types of programs offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game.

I understand investing this much time into an account you're currently unable to access can be extremely upsetting, and it is not something we take lightly.
