Are you trying to download something from the archive?
Regular users are not able to.

And where are you trying to post?
 
You cannot post/download from there because that is the archives.
Everything in there is either out of date/unsupported by its author.

You have permission to post/download anywhere else.
 
you cant post or dl stuff on archives section

Edit:bambam was faster...yes it happens sometimes :p
