Uppgrade from 1 to 3 session account. Need Moderator

Hi there,

Yesterday i bought a uppgrade package for demonbuddy, the 1 to 3 sessions uppgrade.

but i havent gotten any kind of reply, how long will it take for it to be uppgraded?

and will i get a new key or do i keep my old one ?

i have done all the steps in the "upgrade guide" payed, mailed my old key.
