Upgrading Sessions

Was unsure what to put in the email to the support.

just the code and telling them i wanted to upgrade to 3 sessions from after paying the 35 euros.

is that all i need to do? i know its xmas so im not expecting 3 sessions straight off.

24-48 because its Christmas

have waited for over 48 hours now for the upgrade. paid 30 euros for quite frankly poor service
