upgrading DB sessions

I submitted a request to upgrade my DB session from a 1 session to a 3 session, I received my email review of my order, but have yet to receive my new updated key. I read on the forums that this is usually instant, but was wondering how long this could possibly take.

you hve to sent us an emaila after the upgrade payment and also you wont get a new key
we will add the extra sessions under the old key
