Upgraded a lifetime key last year from 1 to 3 sessions, lost all 3 sessions

Surely if I upgraded from 1 session to 3 sessions 8 months ago I should still have 2 sessions for another 16 months?

Yes he mentioned elsewhere you can "un-split" keys if some of them were newer, just contact them. And be patient I bet lol, I'm sure they have a lot to (try and) do.
