Upgrade to Lifetime

How can i upgrade my Gatherbuddy to lifetime? Ive bought Gatherbuddy on September last year but i cant find the paid invoice on the invoice page under the gatherbuddy shop, the only thing i have left is the email that says the invoice payment is confirmed. Can i still upgrade with a discount?
Anyway i think i pmed Bossland about it like 12 hours ago. But i cant check if its sent as it doesnt save to my sentbox by default. Is there anything else i should do?

on these forums/gb, is it possible to have 2 accounts linked to the same email? My invoice cannot be tracked idk if its too old or on another account

i cant see my old original invoice of GB which i want to be upgraded to lifetime, neither did bossland see it. but i have the invoice number and email in my email account. so im wondering if i could have created 2 accounts using the same email and is now using the wrong (unpaid) account

ok i think i found another account linked to the same email. Well, i cant confirm that this is the account that paid for the GB as i cant access the page. Is GB shop down?
