Well, I gotta say I'm a bit disappointed at how the upgrade process is handled. Several business days and all. I'm an extremely impatient fella and gotta admit I've first started thinking about just buying the 80? version and later been checking AIO out after realizing it's not gonna be a 5 minute thing.
The tone that is set in the faq doesn't really make you feel like a valued customer either. I know the bot is cheap and all and you probably have an assload of work to do and a private life and whatnot, but telling your customers to not even think about writing a pm or they could get a nice fat ban is just absurd.
Just some suggestion: buddystore.biz has my current license tracked, so why not just upgrade through that site? I really can't see why it'd be a big deal that way. If it's just you not having enough time to handle the requests, I'd say a cheap online customer support employee would be the way to go. If the process somehow guarantees that you actually get the money you deserve, than I'd say some more trust towards your customers is appropriate, even if they're all *****ers.
Anyway, just been really pissed (like I said: really impatient type here) at not seeing the status of the upgrade, not getting a reply at all and being forbidden to write pm's or bump the thread (which one can say in a nice way like: I cannot handle the amount of pm's I receive, so please understand I might not reply).
So maybe there are more people like me out there and this criticism helps you improve the overall quality of your service and thereby increase sales in the long run.
All that being said, the bot kicks ass, I'm loving it! Everyone involved is doing great work. I wish I wouldn't be so busy with studying (med) and my daughter, I have 100s of ideas for plugins, but my programming skills are a bit rusty these days... :/
Hope this thread doesn't seem offending in any way, just meaning to give some feedback here. It's always the negative feedback that reaches the devs first, eh?
Much <3 to all the botters out there!
