Upgrade key

Hi,

So at first I was all like, "I only have one account ill just get the 1 log in lifetime". Now my friend has gifted me their account and im wondering if there is the option to upgrade my key to the 3 account subscription without paying the full cost, just a fee on top?

Would be much appreciated
