Upgrade from 1 session to 3 sessions / year - Question

I want to upgrade from 1 session to 3 sessions / year but I have a question...

If I bought a key 2 months ago and I decide to upgrade it now to 3 sessions key, I will have 12 months another time or I will pay the difference and have only 10 months?
