I bought a 1 to 3 update in honorbuddy sessions. Emailed the support and they said they were done. But when I went to check out my sessions on my key I only had 1 and I only had 1 key not 3 keys. Can somebody help me with this problem?

AFAIK, at least for mine ... I got a 3 session key, and they all use the same key for each one. Assuming yours are merged already, this will also be the case for you.

if you upgraded to 3 sessions, you dont get a 3, 1 session keys. you get 1 key that has 3 sessions. if you wanted 3 keys each one with 1 session you should of just bought another 2 one session keys the same way you bought your first one.

if they said it was done, and you where charged, then it should say you have 3 sessions on your key.
