Not that im pretending to be your business consultant, but im pretty sure that the lack of communication with your users community will most likely harm your income.

The most prominent example for that is FPM team.. they release updates every couple of days, and as a result their users community is gigantic. Even their 'Off-topic' channel in their Discord server is excessively busy.

And truth be told - your product is MUCH more attractive than their's.
 
Perhaps, this is none of my business and I am just another customer that understands the dynamics and the risks of acquiring these kind of services, but we all know that all bots and tracking sites depend from the same solution and since FPM was able to organize all Reverse Engineers to look for that solution, now the discord channel is the official place to look for information on the status of the API decryption process. Notice that one of the moderators in this forum is one of the REverse Engineers looking for a solution.
 
A lot of people think that bot makers are working independently or individually in *****ing the API. I already tried to explain that they are not. Not then, and not now. .35 was RE'd by almost hundreds of developers from different bot makers, trackers, map makers, and independent developers, etc. etc. It is basically a world wide cooperative effort against Niantic, and PF developer is just one of many of them. The developer community is much smaller right now because of declining Pogo popularity. Some of the developers who helped RE'd 0.35 already lost interest and not around anymore.

I created a thread and copied and pasted daily development from the developer community page (again thanks to Dutchdefender) for those PF customers who are getting impatient, but too lazy to search or read, and instead waiting for the developer to actually give them a phone call or send them a personal email. It's like travelling on the plane from US to Europe with kids asking the pilot every 5 minutes "Are we there yet? Where are we? "WE'RE ON THE FREAKIN AIR, IT'S A 10 HOUR FLIGHT, AND YOU KEEP ON ASKING EVERY 10 MINUTES!! I AM PILOTING THE PLANE, I WILL LET YOU KNOW ONCE WE ARE CLOSE TO OUR DESTINATION, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY??"

I think I was just wasting my time. Read the thread, that is your update, if the development community has not *****ed it yet, then, pokeformer has not!!!

And yes, I am also a customer, like everyone else. I paid just like everyone else. My bot also stopped when yours did. So no one can tell me that he is more irritated, annoyed, impatient, pissed off, etc... than me.
