Updates every day messing up my bot settings and plugins????

Hi. So it seems almost every there is some small update and every time I update I have to reinstall every custom class, plugin and bot ( such as lazyraider ). Is anyone else having this problem or is this to be expected? Maybe nto have an update daily? maybe weekly? Just asking.
