updated to 1.1.515.0 can't start db

Hi Tony:
I been using 1.1.514.0 for a while with no problem, two days ago the bot is start function wired stuck on portal and constantly town run and didn't pick up matt, so I decide to clean reinstall to 1.1.515.0.

but now every time I click demonbuddy.exe it shows

"Demonbuddy was unable to rename itself on startup:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

fix I tried

clean install 515 same issue
try zip 515 version same issue
downgrade to 514 same issue
down grade to 1.0.3166.486 same issue
install db to D drive same issue
patch windows to latest version same issue
try did same on the other laptop with win7 on it same issue

my os is windows 10

I'm stuck on how to solve this for two days, any thoughts on this?

use latest build

make a fresh installation from scratch and then upload your log file

reinstall couple time then try put pc to airplane mode kill almost every process while I try open db then magically find the app cause the problem and remove it.
It's Aliworkbench is a app to keep inform me about my online shop.
