I have a bottling account that is level 90 running botanica. I make around 800+ gph. I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to upgrade the account (since a sale is going on) to WOD? Would I be making more money? Pretty much this account funds my main and itself with no problems.

If you do upgrade it to WoD, I wouldn't advise running dungeons.
Perhaps go for more profitable options such as Felblight.
You could still run dungeons, but upgrading to WoD won't increase the efficiency of that -
given you can only run 10 dungeons per hour, and I'm sure the 90 is already completing Botanica in under that time.
