Is there a list of updates done to the bot anywhere? Perfect would be an additional list with upcoming features and updates and a known-isses-list.

Though those don't include every single change to for example the API, as for example with HonorBuddy and BuddyWing. TankLeader does not support third-party development so those internal changes don't need to be exposed. Everything that the user will notice however will be in there.
For example in the most recent update a bunch of things got changed under the hood, but it appears in the patch notes as "Should no longer stall when a profile could not be loaded on the first attempt.", while really, a dozen things have changed under the hood in regards to how the profile loading is being handled etc.
