Still getting the all too lovely - "This Honorbuddy version only supports WoW Patch 17371 and you are on WoW patch 17399. Please update your Honorbuddy". Have gone through the typical HB has a garbage loader and had to redownload, turn off anti virus, used zip/installer (still doesnt work).

if you was on the latest 695 you wouldnt get the error in your op >.<

695 is for build 17399 - which is the link tony gave you

Delete old honorbuddy and download new one. Fixxed. And if that dont work then you shouldnt be using a bot.
