Update & Failed Bounties

Hello dear Developers and Members.

Three quick questions:

1. I have already red the Sticky post with blacklisting bounties. I would like to know how to determine which bounties actually failed or caused the gold/exp inactivity tripped. Can you point me what part of log should I search for?
2. Is there any recommended trinity settings for doing Bounties? If yes could you be so kind and share? (Ofc except min trash pack size = 1)
3. Any Adventurer update is coming "soon"?

when u click the stop button it will spam you with a list of incomplete bounties, those are the ones might consider blacklisting
