This is an updater problem, yah? Have you tried just a fresh installation from the zip?
I, personally, loathe the automatic updater as it never works for me.

Hi, Azidtrip, and thanks for that screenshot!

I've opened HB-253 against this problem. For now, I'd explicitly reinstall from the .Zip file, as you can't be certain what state your installation was left.

In the future, please report these kinds of issues to the Support forum.
