I purchased a key last night for exilebuddy and it went right through and was active. I decided to purchase another key this morning with the same paypal account and everything. Now when i go to buddy portal it says Inactive/Unused. Why is this? My first key went right to active but this one does not? please any advice on to why.
Cant attach logs because it is a key issue.
Also you responded with your support team to "use key on bot"

I have worked with many many bots and i also have 2 keys registered under my email address.
my first key works but second one says invalid key.
I know the key is valid because on portal it says its inactive/Unused.
I need a new key or you guys need to fix the current one i have.
They keep telling me to link my log file and all i get are invalid product keys.
I am copying the key straight from the email and buddy Auth and both are invalid.
No spaces behind or in front.
I need the key changed please!!!
