i sent out an email yesterday about the bot moving/merging trying to to get a relpy.
"Hello i recently bought your bot but the when i bought it you guys suddenly merged with the pokefarmer. now i wouldnt have a problem with that since im new and just bought it, but the thing is that i can not use the current bot on my computer since it is a 32bit computer. i have no way to use the bot and would like to know if by any chance i would be allowed to have a refund"
instead of being helped i got
