Untouchable web hosts?

Im looking to maybe start a website. This is going to be for learning purposes.
I dont want blizzard or other gaming companies to be able to take it down/get me in legal battle
I believe all information should be free and not restricted no matter what the content is.
now im trying to look for a good host
someone has suggested one in sweden because of their laws
Im guessing buddyforums.de is in Germany?
Im currently reading about the laws of the different countries just a lot there
anyone have and suggestions or links to legit hosting companies?

Pretty much anywhere in Europe that isn't England should be fine. Buddyproducts is indeed in Germany.
