Unstuck maneuver suck major ass atm. Please take a look, Buddy team ^^

Nothing much to say, other than the bot's unstuck maneuver suck major ass atm., after the last two updates. I use version 650 to get over this problem, so please fix this in the last two updates.
Even "LogMeOut" cannot "see" that the bot get stuck.

This does that the bot seems even MORE bottish, than if it do the "go back, go left, try to walk forward again" thing. This meaning that the last updates since .650 are not that safe, regarding player reports!


No log attach, since it says nothing in it, and I do not need help to solve this (using the .650 HB), and cba to upload a log that don't give any information on the problem. Meaning this is just an information to the Buddy team :)
 
without a log we cant help you, the only thing i can recommend is editing your profile to avoid those stuck area's.
And mr. CodenameG didn't read the thread ether -.-
I don't need help, just wanted to let you know, the unstuck manuver are broken. I am running .650 to get over this problem, and usen a working version of HB. I just wanted to let you know there are an issue, and that the log do not say anything regarding this problem.

I will upload an log, when I see a char get stuck.

Its such a pain watching the answers to this thread.

I might add that the unstuck routine has been sucking major ass since the release of MOP.

As I stated on the last two replies, THERE ARE NO INFO in the log, regarding this problem, as you can see for yourself.
In addition, yes, I have tried other profiles, clean install in new folder, clean install w/o any plugins, other CC, other character and other accounts, but this happen all over Azeroth and Outland, on every single spot the bot normally are stuck, the problem is just, that you some updates ago (after.650) change the stuck behaviour. And as I said in the OP, even "LogMeOut" can't "see" the stuck, so basically the bot stand stuck till "LogMeOut" log the character out because of "Inactivity after 5/10 mins".

So I need to edit every single profile I use and add black spots to the profiles. Because if you mean that, it is plain stupidity. Why the heck would I do that, when I am running 30+ bots leveling, that could take month to spot every single stuck, since it is nearly a new spot every single time I look. Moreover, why can't you then just fix the "update" of the stuck behaviour back to the old one, that was not great too, but better? Or even update the mesh, so the bot don't get stuck so many places since your mesh are outdated since last patch where blizz did some crazy stuff in the world of Azeroth. - No sorry, because you need all us user's (tester's) to find the stuck places, and send you the info, and that we do not do, right? Alternatively, it seem like you think that, coz the things (stock places red.) I have reported throughout the years, have never been solved ...
 
I agree, unstuck handler doesn't even detect stucks like before, need to manually jump.

Although I've noticed it happens in the same places, so it's more of a mesh issue but it should at least trigger the zig zag unstuck thing :p.

THANKS, finally someone that see the problem are a mesh problem, but anyway, the "new" unstuck maneuver are still fucked -.-
 
Ive been running my old questing profiles today and the bot keeps getting stuck at random objects. This would not be a problem if the unstuck maneuver worked at all.
This night my bot ran 6 hours against a lamp in stormwind.
The log gives 0 information on diagnostic on those kind of stucks. Lets hope they fix it soon.
 
they are going in the right direction with the new unstuck maneuvers but unfortunately their release = beta because apparently they dont test code whatsoever before releasing it

There are absolutely no information in the log, so why the * do we need to upload a log? Well, did it anyway, and it say nothing in it about the unstucking at all.

Therefore, Buddy staff, could you please check what you have done in the later versions of HB since .650 - Thanks.

don't be a smartass/dumbass whichever u r. The problem is its not TRIGGERING unstuck when it needs too but when it does, it looks human rather then bottish like the old one.

I dont know what to say... Your logic is just messed up.
Its like you just said yourself "ITS NOT TRIGGERING"

That's like having a McLaren or any other supercar without an engine... In theory its awesome, but practically it just doesn't do jack shit.

So I am a smartass because I do not see your point in you saying the new unstuck manoeuvres are in the right direction, when it really do not work?

What you are saying is the same as saying that your car have these smart new breaks that can break much better than normal breaks and therefore saving lives (not getting reported in-game), but they doesn?t work yet, so you will die if you need to break (you'll get an in-game report). If I run my bot w/o monitoring it in the night (only doing it when I know it can be done afk, such as running it with Kick's where I know it will do all quests w/o any problems), it WILL be reported by other players because of this new unstuck manoeuver. However, if the bot had the old unstuck manoeuver (old but not as safe breaks) it will sure look bottish, but it WILL get going, and not just stand in the same freaking place for THE WHOLE 6 hours of sleep time.

So sorry, but I simply cannot see your point.
 
They are trying to make it look less bottish and be more effective, that is what I meant. Yes it makes it look more bottish when the stuck system isn't working, but when it does it will be a lot better then the old.
 
And this is why I stopped supporting HB a long time ago..

3 days have passed and not even a "We will check it out" or a "Thanks for reporting"

If there was an award for worst customer support, HB would surely win it!

Now they are just waiting for a valid excuse to close the thread.
