Unsolvable problem

Dear,

I can not understand the reason for the closure of some of my posts without any support about the problem I have been facing.
As you can see on the topic I created ( https://www.thebuddyforum.com/pokefarmer-forum/pokefarmer-support/254305-pokefarm-closing.html ) I followed the rule stating the problem with proper log pokefarm.

I wonder if there is a solution to my problem, otherwise I will ask refund Paypal for lack of support.

Can you post your set of logs here and state your problem? i'll help you out here.

As mentioned in the previous post, it closes with + - 5 minutes operation.

BOT starts counting the Pokemon and pokestop and in about five minutes it closes without any error. Ai have to reopen the bot.

After performing some tests and perform some procedures could end the problem and get a better result with the pokefarm no unexpected closures.
