It seems that any patch or rolling restart that occurs on days other than Tuesdays is a red flag.
I've had 2 bans in an otherwise successful botting career:
1 on a Monday just hours after a patch download.
1 on a Friday just hours after rolling restarts.
Yes, it could be a coincidence.
However, I noticed that on both occasions HB was updated later the same day or early the next day, leading me to suspect there was a connection.
Just thought I'd share...
