Unnecessary sleep between actions

The bot plays every action with a fixed time in between. When you have 5 or more minions on the field it gets pretty obvious that its a bot because he attacks waits 2 secs attacks waits 2 secs.... Is this sleep a fixed value that's added or is it technically impossible to go faster? If its a added sleep it would help to add some randomness and maybe add something that the more moves he makes this turn the quicker he makes those.
